Good morning. In a softening market, you see some weird listings, like this one that Westside Bubble spotted:

Hostile tenant, DO NOT DISTURB. SHOWINGS WITH ACCEPTED OFFER ONLY.’

There’s a lot going on here. A flip that flopped? Anybody want to help fill in the blanks?
