Get ready to break out your 3-D glasses when the Final Four tips off next month.
CBS announced Tuesday it will broadcast the final three games of the men’s NCAA basketball tournament in 3-D in theaters across the country. Up to 100 theaters will show the games in 3-D, which will be called by CBS College Sports Network announcers Dave Ryan and Steve Lappas.
The major networks have been experimenting with broadcasting in 3-D over the last year. ESPN, which broadcast USC’s game against Ohio State in September at the Galen Center in 3-D, is planning to launch a 3-D channel later this year.
