Football: Battle of the ‘bands’ at Crenshaw

There’s not a marching band in sight but there is an interesting musical development at Crenshaw.

Norco has brought its own sound system for its sideline, and that system is belting out lyrics such as ‘a country boy can survive.’

Crenshaw earlier was playing rap and hip-hop songs over the stadium sound system, making for an interesting commingling of sounds when juxtaposed against Norco’s tunes.

Crenshaw’s band is now finally making its way onto the field about 20 minutes before game time.
