Baseball: Team has to forfeit win because of 10-inning pitcher rule

Inglewood Animo Leadership, an 8-7 winner over Atascadero North County Christian in the Southern Section Division 7 baseball playoffs, has forfeited the game for violating the Southern Section pitching limitation rule. Pitchers are allowed no more than 30 outs or three appearances in a week, and an Animo Leadership pitcher exceeded the limit, according to the Southern Section.

North County Christian will move on to play Los Angeles Milken in the semifinals on Tuesday.
