Miami Marijuana Seizures

MIAMI — Miami’s Coast Guard unit seized 2.1 million pounds of marijuana worth more than $855 million in 1984, a spokesman said Thursday. By contrast, 1.8 million pounds of the weed worth about $680 million was seized in 1983.
