‘Invaders’

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service claims it does not have enough employees to adequately monitor the illegal entry of foreigners who come into this country and take away jobs from American citizens. President Reagan is spending $300 billion to defend us against the enemy. Why is the military not assisting the INS in this task? Must the invaders be carrying guns to be considered a threat to the citizens?
