Town Houses Going Up in Revitalization Area

First Interstate Mortgage Co. Housing Group has provided $3.9 million in construction financing for 60 town houses to be developed in the City of Commerce.
The area, on the north side of Gage Avenue between Lanto Street and Chalet Drive, is undergoing revitalization by the Commerce Redevelopment Agency. Sales prices will start at $79,900, and special 30-year fixed-rate financing at 9.99% will be available for first-time buyers.
