Canoga Park Single-Family Home Development Opens

Glen View Estates, a new single-family home development of WSL and Riches Development Corp., opens this weekend at 23286 Keswick St., Canoga Park.
The project offers 24 homes with three or four bedrooms and two to three baths. Eleven homes have already been sold prior to the opening.
Buyers have a choice of nine Cape Cod exteriors, one- or two-story designs and three floor plans ranging in size from 1,966 to 2,318 square feet. The homes are priced from $181,900 to $204,900, and are ready for immediate occupancy.
Interior amenities include oak staircase and cabinetry, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with greenhouse window and pantry. Detailing also includes mirrored wardrobe doors, oval Roman bath tubs, skylights and tiled entry with front porch.
The community is located at the corner of Saticoy and Keswick streets and its sales office and models are open Saturday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
