Arco Metals, a unit of Los Angeles-based Atlantic Richfield, agreed to sell the Waukesha, Wis.-based maker of bronze and stainless steel castings to Southern Centrifugal, a Chattanooga, Tenn.-based maker of bronze castings for industrial machinery. The purchase price was not disclosed. Arco previously announced plans to sell its entire metals business.
