A West Hollywood attorney has been indicted by the Los Angeles County Grand Jury on charges of forging a client’s will in order to get 40% of his $100,000-plus estate. Robin Von Welzig, 43, is due to enter a plea July 22 on grand theft and forgery charges stemming from the will of Paul Travis, 45, of Santa Monica, who was murdered last July. Prosecutors said there is no evidence that Von Welzig had anything to do with the murder. Von Welzig, who had no comment, is also accused of forging a document to prove Travis gave her a Mercedes Benz as a gift.
