The body of a 28-year-old scuba diver was found off Santa Cruz Island, a Coast Guard spokesman said. Andy Gordon of Ogden, Utah, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Sunday when he began a routine dive from a sailing vessel anchored near the island.
