San Diego City College defeated Golden West, 2-0, Friday in a nonconference men’s soccer game at San Diego.
Oscar Chavira’s goal with 16:05 remaining broke a scoreless tie, and Raul Pena’s goal with 1:46 left ensured the win for the Knights.
Golden West’s record is 2-2-2.
