Firm Announces Reorganization

Kitchell Contractors’ Arizona and California divisions have become independent corporations under its reorganization.
George P. Denk, formerly senior vice president / California Contracting Division, has been named chairman of the board and president of the California operation, which will retain the name of Kitchell Contractors Inc. Floyd Swan will head the Arizona subsidiary of Kitchell Corp.
