West German television showed film of Soviet dissident Andrei D. Sakharov trudging along a street in the closed city of Gorky, carrying two heavy suitcases to a railroad station. The Hamburg-based newspaper Bild said this was part of a Kremlin campaign to rebut reports that Sakharov was in poor health. Bild, which provided the film, said the scene was shot by a hidden camera Nov. 26 as Sakharov’s wife, Yelena Bonner, was going to a railroad station to begin her journey to the West. Bonner and others maintain that Sakharov, 64, is ailing.
