BOISE, Ida. — At least 85 fire fighters helped battle the general alarm blaze that destroyed a historic downtown cafe and retail shop this morning. While fire officials have not estimated the damage, they said Vic’s Cafe and the Victorian Shop on 10th and Idaho were gutted.
