Beverly Hills : Union, Board Hold Hearings

The Beverly Hills Teacher Assn. and the school district have completed two days of fact-finding hearings in an attempt to end the impasse over contract negotiations. The fact-finding panel includes one representative from the district, another from the teacher’s association and a neutral third party.
The panel has 30 days to make a written recommendation to the Board of Education. The recommendations will be made public 10 days after that.
