Memorial Services for Rick Nelson Set Monday

Memorial services for singer Rick Nelson will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, the singer’s publicist said Friday.
Oscar Arslanian said the service will be at Church of the Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive.
The Nelson family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Ozzie Nelson Memorial Cancer Fund, St. Joseph Medical Center, Burbank.
Nelson, 45, was killed in a plane crash New Year’s Eve, along with his fiancee and five members of his Stone Canyon band.
