Exceptional Turnout

I wanted you to know how Ruth Ryon’s article (Nov. 24) positively impacted our UCLA class on shopping centers. We had over 1,300 people, and it was the largest UCLA business class since UCLA extension began (72 years ago and over 45,000 courses ago!).
Over $13,000 will go to the charity/scholarship fund as a result, and we are using over $10,000 to help build a new childrens’ park for LA Deputy Park and Recreation.
