Simi Woman Arrested After Passenger Dies in Car Accident

A Simi Valley woman was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and felony drunk driving after the car she was driving overturned, killing her woman passenger, Simi Valley police said.
The accident occurred when Christina Ann Dorman, 20, lost control of her car about 10:15 p.m. Monday and struck a concrete curb while driving east on Los Angeles Avenue at Angus Avenue, Sgt. Bob Robbins said.
The passenger, Suzette Ann Wagner, 20, of Simi Valley died at the scene, Robbins said.
Dorman was taken to Simi Valley Adventist Hospital for observation and then to Ventura County Jail, he said.
Dorman is scheduled for arraignment Monday in Ventura County Superior Court, a jail spokesman said.
