Mariners Bancorp said its Mariners Bank National Assn. subsidiary reported 1985 net income of $286,080, up 47% from $195,018. The closely held San Clemente company said the bank’s total assets rose to $27.3 million, from $23 million, and that its ratio of capital to assets was 8.26% at year’s end.
