Irvine Condo Project Opens

Woodbridge Cove, a neighborhood of 82 condominiums on a lakeside site in the Irvine community of Woodbridge, is being introduced at a grand opening this weekend.

Four two-story attached floor plans, sized from 1,923 to 2,287 square feet, with two and three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, are being offered at the J. M. Peters Co. project located on the east side of the 30-acre North Lake. Model homes and the sales office are located at 12 Lakefront.

Prices for the homes range from $205,000 to $310,000 with an additional $138.90 homeowners’ monthly association fee and $39 for an overall community maintenance fee.

Plans designed by McLarand, Vasquez & Partners of Costa Mesa feature walk-out decks, a retreat overlooking the living room and a study on this level, step-down living rooms with fireplace, two-story dining rooms and kitchen skylights. All four plans have indoor laundries and attached two-car garages.

Model homes at Woodbridge Cove are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project may be reached by taking the Culver Drive offramp from the Santa Ana (5) or San Diego (405) freeways to Barranca Parkway.
