John H. Stafford, 65, has been appointed to fill a vacancy on the Ropak Corp. board of directors caused by the resignation of Jack Reinhold. William H. Roper, chairman and chief executive officer of Ropak, said Stafford, a certified public accountant, will fill out Reinhold’s term on the board but can be reappointed by the shareholders at the company’s annual meeting in May. Reinhold, president of L.W. Reinhold Plastics Inc. in Los Angeles, resigned, Roper said, to devote more time to his own company.
