After seven years as president of the Los Angeles office of Foote, Cone & Belding, J. Hugh Duncan, 41, will leave the Chicago-based advertising agency next month to start a development company to build homes and develop commercial properties.
The post held by Duncan, who was a product manager at Carnation Co. before coming to the agency, will not be filled after his departure. Craig Campbell, executive vice president of the Los Angeles office, will report directly to the chairman of Foote, Cone & Belding/West in San Francisco.
