Son of Diplomat Killed by Robbers in New York

NEW YORK — The 22-year-old son of the Dominican Republic’s vice consul in New York was shot to death Monday when he tried to stop two robbers who had forced their way into a neighbor’s apartment, police said. The robbers fled, police said.
