Santa Ana-based EECO Inc. said it named Edward F. Sidor to the newly created position of corporate vice president, engineering. Sidor had been district sales manager for semiconductor operations for Motorola Inc. in Illinois. EECO makes electromechanical switches, video editing products, computer-based hotel management systems, microcomputer keyboards and entertainment and service equipment for passenger airliners.
