Prosecutors said they plan to seek the death penalty against a South Carolina man accused of robbing, torturing and murdering Domino’s Pizza deliveryman John Harrigan in Glendale--but will ask only for life imprisonment without parole for his girlfriend. The bound and gagged body of Harrigan, 21, was found in a bathtub in the motel room of Mitchell Sims, 25, and his girlfriend, Ruby Padgett, 20.
