Bolivian anti-narcotics police, backed by U.S. helicopters, have found and seized a cocaine laboratory on an island in a jungle lagoon, the Interior Ministry announced. It said the complex captured in northern Trinidad province included nine tents with dormitories, generators and pumps. A ministry statement did not specify the laboratory’s output capacity nor say if any suspects were detained. It was the seventh cocaine laboratory seized in the three-week operation.
