Oregon Lumber Workers Agree to End Walkout

SWEET HOME, Ore. — Striking lumber workers voted by a 2-1 margin to accept the latest contract offer from Willamette Industries Inc. and end a month-long walkout by 700 employees, an official of the Lumber, Production and Industrial Workers union said Monday.
