Alabama A&M; football Coach Ray Greene has dismissed two players, senior linebacker Marshall Pinkney and junior running back Wellington McLain, from the team and suspended 18 others, including seven projected starters, for the Bulldogs’ opener Saturday against Mississippi Valley State.
Greene declined to elaborate about the dismissals. He said the other 18 suspensions were prompted by curfew violations detected Sunday at an 11 p.m. bed check.
