Bieber Again Heads Brokers

Ronald R. Bieber, a Sacramento-based mortgage brokerage executive, has been elected to a second term as president of the California Independent Mortgage Brokers Assn. Bieber is founder and president of Spartan Home Loan.
He is joined by eight other executives who will serve the statewide association as directors and officers.
Those from the Southland include Gary K. Judis of Aames Home Loan, Los Angeles, first vice president, Southern California region and chairman of the legislative committee; Charles Hershson of Fidelity Home Loan, Los Angeles, second vice president, Southern California region; Leonard R. Simon, of South Bay Mortgage, Lawndale, treasurer; Richard W. Steiler of Standard Mortgage Co., San Bernardino, director, and Allan B. Polin of Aames Home Loan, secretary.
