Toledo, Ohio-based Owens-Corning Fiberglas said it sold the Olympic Fastening Systems unit of its aerospace and strategic materials group to Fastening Systems Acquisition Corp. for undisclosed terms. Olympic Fastening is a leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality, high-performance blind fasteners for aerospace and industrial markets. The unit also has manufacturing facilities in Vivian, La.
