Two-Bedroom Condo Units Open Today

Sunoaks, a development of 45 two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums at 1150 Phillips St., Ontario, by Ron Levine Construction & Investment Corp., will open today.
Prices range from $69,990 to $73,990, plus $103.40 monthly homeowners fees. Two plans are offered with living space ranging from 920 to 950 square feet. Move-ins are scheduled for Nov. 1.
Highlights include private balconies or enclosed patios, living rooms with a fireplace set into a wall of glass, and private double garages.
Facilities include swimming pool, spa, barbecue areas and security gating.
Models will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays except Thursdays and Fridays.
