Confirmation of Rehnquist

It is frightening to continue to read articles like the one by Augustus Hawkins, pointing out that Rehnquist has voted against the rights of women, minorities, the elderly and the disabled 80 of 83 times in the past 15 years.
But it is actually because of these decisions that Rehnquist became chief justice. His views are the same as those of the people in power in this country.
