The Region : 2 Santa Ana Men Arrested in Drug Bust

Tustin and Irvine police arrested two men and seized five ounces of cocaine worth an estimated $62,000 during an undercover narcotics operation. A Tustin police spokeswoman identified the suspects as Jesus Joaquin Torres, 24, and Nabor Hinojasa Espindola, 19, both of Santa Ana. The two men were arrested after they allegedly sold three ounces of cocaine to an undercover police officer on a corner of Bristol Street and Center Avenue in Santa Ana, police officials said. Police also recovered an additional two ounces of cocaine and a handgun at the scene. Both men were arrested on suspicion of selling cocaine and carrying a concealed weapon and were booked into County Jail in Santa Ana.
