Cliff Robinson, acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers from Washington in the trade that sent center Moses Malone to the Bullets, suffered a minor separation of his right shoulder during practice and will be out for at least a week. Roy Hinson, acquired by the 76ers from Cleveland for the top choice in the draft last June, has tendinitis in his right knee and is out indefinitely.
