Sports columnists Jim Murray of The Times and Melvin Durslag of the Herald Examiner and announcers Chick Hearn and Vin Scully will be honored Nov. 23 at the Sports and the Law Dinner sponsored by the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s Sports and the Law Program. The dinner will be held at the Amateur Athletic Foundation of Los Angeles.
