BALTIMORE — A newborn infant who was stolen from his mother’s arms a week ago by a woman posing as a nurse was returned to her embrace Friday in the offices of the FBI, and she said her baby looked “beautiful.”
A red-eyed Neil Worthington carried his 9-day-old son, Phillip, into a crowded news conference at FBI headquarters in Baltimore and gave him to his wife, Barbara.
A man and a woman were arrested Thursday in the kidnaping of the baby from the Sellersville, Pa., hospital where it was born.
