San Mateo Building Is Institute Award Winner

The seven-story, $10.5-million Mariner’s Island office building, designed by the Los Angeles office of WXMH Group Inc. to span a lagoon in San Mateo, has been named a winner in the 1986 Prestressed Concrete Institute Award Program.
