A significant decline in aviation fuel prices, compared to a year ago, contributed to improved fourth-quarter results for Los Angeles-based Tiger International, the firm said. Also, the company said fourth-quarter results were negatively affected by the loss of domestic business in November and early December due to the then-uncertainty of Flying Tigers’ future.
