Steck Heads Orange County Owners Assn.

Barbara Steck of Signal Development Corp. has been installed as president of the Orange County chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Assn.
Other new officers are Chris Mahon, the Irvine Co., vice president; Karen Piper, Koll Center Irvine, secretary; Heidi Rigler, Segerstrom Center, treasurer, and Thomas Kubisak, Daum/Johnstown American, presidential adviser.
New directors are Mary Lou Johnston, Brinderson Real Estate Group; Stan Taeger, South Coast Plaza Town Center; Julie Boyle, QB Properties; Cindy Warfield, Birtcher, and Don Bayless, Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
