NCAA Women’s Division I Tournament : Long Beach Takes On Washington

The Cal State Long Beach women’s basketball team will play Washington in an NCAA Western Regional second-round game tonight at 7:30 in the university gym.
The 49ers (30-2) are the top-seeded team in the West. Washington (23-6) defeated New Mexico State, 86-73, in a first-round game Wednesday night.
Mississippi 80, Penn State 75--Alisa Scott scored 20 points, including the final two baskets, to lead the Ole Miss women to victory in an NCAA Western Regional second-round game Friday night at Oxford, Miss.
The Rebels (25-4) will play the Cal State Long Beach-Washington winner. Penn State finished 23-7.
