The arrest of a second Marine suspected of espionage while working as an embassy guard in Moscow has triggered a wide-ranging security probe at the embassy, the State Department said. “We are treating this as a very serious breach of our security,” said spokesman Charles E. Redman, referring to the arrest of Cpl. Arnold Bracy, 21, from the New York City borough of Queens.
