Pilot Dies in Texas Crash of Phantom Jet

FORT WORTH — An Air Force jet returning from a training mission crashed into a lake Friday, killing the pilot, authorities said. A crewman who ejected was critically injured.
The crash of the F-4 Phantom was under investigation.
