Research Center in El Segundo Opens Phase 2

The $38-million second phase of El Segundo Research Center has opened near Los Angeles International Airport. The center is a joint venture of Overton, Moore & Associates Inc. of Carson, and Copley Real Estate Advisors of Boston.
The newest phase of the 10-acre project consists of a three-story, 100,000-square-foot office building at 550 N. Continental Blvd. and a two-story, 88,704-square-foot office/engineering building at 2040 E. Mariposa Ave.
The buildings were designed by Ware & Malcomb of Irvine, and built by Overton, Moore.
