As substitute co-host of CBS’ “The Morning Program,” which airs locally at 7:30 a.m., Channel 2 News anchor Terry Murphy will be waking up earlier than usual on July 10. Murphy, who anchors the 4 and 6 p.m. KCBS news broadcasts, will fill in for Mariette Hartley, who is on a two-week vacation in Jamaica. Murphy, previously co-host of “A.M. L.A.,” a KABC-TV morning talk series, will make her first broadcast before a live audience.
