Property management firms will be ranked by the total amount of square footage controlled, in the November issue of Los Angeles Office Market Journal published by MetroAmerica for the Building Owners and Managers Assn. of Greater Los Angeles.
Brokerage firms will also be ranked by total amount of square footage controlled, total rentable space available and the number of buildings with exclusive listings, in the $35 publication, according to Carl Muhlstein, executive vice president of Cushman Wakefield and a member of the BOMA/LA editorial committee.
The new edition will also carry a special report on new construction, listing each building opening this year or under construction, according to editor Tom Newton.
The publication, available from the BOMA office, 700 S. Flower St., Suite 2325, Los Angeles 90017, will have more than 250 pages and will also be distributed by the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, chambers of commerce, the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports and other outlets in 16 submarkets in the Southland.
