Two teen-agers were charged in Midlothian, Tex., with murder in the shooting death of an undercover police officer who had enrolled at Midlothian High School as part of an undercover drug investigation. George William Raffield Jr., 21, who used the name of William George Moore in classes, was found shot three times in the upper torso in a wooded area three miles southwest of town, authorities reported. A 16-year-old arrested at a Halloween hayride, the suspected gunman, and a 17-year-old were arraigned on capital murder charges, authorities said. They refused to speculate on a motive for the slaying and would not say if the suspects had discovered that Raffield was a police officer.
