The Domestic Television division of Gulf & Western’s Paramount Pictures Corp. has named Ed Wilson vice president-eastern regional manager, replacing Joel Berman, who is leaving the company.
Wilson will relocate to New York from Dallas, where he has been vice president-southern regional manager since 1985.
Al Rothstein has rejoined Paramount, succeeding Wilson. He was southeastern division manager for Paramount from 1981-84 before becoming general sales manager for WTVJ-TV/Miami.
The company also announced that Marc Hirsch has been promoted to vice president, northeast divisional manager and advertiser sales for the Domestic Television division.
