Fuel Barge Springs Leak in Alaska Coastal Waters

JUNEAU, Alaska — A fuel barge apparently damaged by hitting a rock lost about 10,000 gallons of diesel oil in waters off southeast Alaska, but none of the oil washed ashore, the Coast Guard said.
