Western Union Corp. again put off shareholder voting on an aspect of its restructuring. A meeting that was set for Nov. 11 and then adjourned until Tuesday was adjourned again until Dec. 10. The vote is to consider merging Western Union Corp. with its principal subsidiary, Western Union Telegraph Co. The Upper Saddle River, N.J., firm said it was discussing with financial advisers and Bennett LeBow changes in certain elements in the plan, which includes an investment and participation in the new company by LeBow, a New York financier.
